Located in downtown San Francisco, our mission is to deliver a fresh take on Filipino cuisine while expressing our admiration for our culture, and respect for our roots and heritage.
Our parents who emigrated from the Philippines raised us in households with true Filipino values, allowing us to learn the culture, manners, humor, language, and especially the cuisine. Uncle Tito aims to bridge the gap between their influence and our own, by creating an original yet approachable menu, to highlight and preserve authentic Filipino flavors.
This is our way of showing our respect to the generation that came before us, to relate to our own generation and the one coming after us, through food.
